Azita Ghanizada

Azita ghanizada has appeared in numerous TV shows in the United States. She was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her parents moved to the US which they received asylum. She was born in Northern Virginia and is the middle child with two older sisters. Ghanizada began her on-air camera career by being featured in a variety of National Commercials. Ghanizada's performance in the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for the Best Actress award at one of the film festival. The roles she played on television includes How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Recently, she had a supporting role in the action science fiction film Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada made her debut in 2008 when she was cast actor on General Hospital's primetime spinoff, General Hospital. as she played Dr. Saira Bhata, an specialist in holistic health on Night Shift's second season. Ghanizada starred as Kelly who was an actress on Prada Sales Girl in HBO Entourage in 2009 and was cast as a character in the television pilot Tough Trade by Weeds creator Jenji Kohn, and executive producer T Bone Burnett.
